2. Enquiries & Bookings
A booking or enquiry submitted through the Website is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment until our workshop team contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the date, time and service details.
3. Pricing
Prices shown on the Website (including on the Services page and invoices) are starting/indicative prices for standard work. The final price may vary based on your vehicle's condition, the parts required and the actual work carried out, and will be shared with you before or on completion of the service.
4. Vehicle Handling
We take reasonable care of every vehicle brought to our workshop or collected for pickup & drop. Customers are requested to share accurate vehicle and contact details, and to remove valuables from the vehicle before handing it over for service.
5. Invoices & GST
An invoice is generated for each completed job, showing the services/parts, applicable discount and GST (where applicable). GST is charged only where shown on the invoice.
6. Website Content
All content on this Website — including the A2Z Car Technician name, logo, text and images — belongs to A2Z Car Technician and may not be copied or reused without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
